Welcome to the Plainfield Soccer, located in Plainfield, CT. We are a youth soccer league for boys and girls age 4-14, and exist to promote and enhance the game of soccer and to develop youth players and coaches. All levels of soccer are offered for the recreational player looking to have fun and learn the game and also for the travel team player who enjoys the competitiveness of the sport. We currently have over 300 youth players and over 25 coaches/volunteers. We are affiliated with Connecticut Junior Soccer Association (CJSA) and also Quinebaug Valley Soccer Association (QVSA). We currently offer two seasons. Fall Season starts in mid August and runs through October and the Spring Season is Mid April through June. To provide an emotionally healthy and physically challenging atmosphere of good sportsmanship and athletic activity through the game of soccer.
To provide an activity where all children within age restrictions have the opportunity to play.
To provide a healthy competitive atmosphere while teaching respect for others, fair play, humbleness in winning, and stature in defeat.
To provide a rewarding and enriching experience for all those adult volunteers who make it work.
To teach teamwork and cooperation.
